Step 2 - Attend the scheduled G-meeting or enter the clinic waiting room at the scheduled time if you do not use Gmail.

While you wait, practice the following exercises.

  1. Unclench your jaw.
  2. Wiggle your hands/legs, stretch your shoulders and straighten your back.
  3. Take 3-5 deep breaths in all the way to your stomach.
  4. Notice the softness in between your unclenched teeth and muscles.
  5. Repeat.
