Congratulations! You made it to your brain's breathing room. Your Wellness & Health Journey starts here!

Step 1 - Take the Cognitive Health Check-Up. The test has 567 true/false statements and takes 1-2 hours to complete. Choose the option that fits best at the moment. Select long form and fancy charts.

Step 2 - Email the report as a PDF and schedule the follow-up session.

Step 3 - Attend the private VSee or Google Meeting.

While you wait, practice the following exercises:

  1. Unclench your jaw.
  2. Wiggle your hands/legs, stretch your shoulders and straighten your back.
  3. Take 3-5 deep healing breaths all the way into your stomach.
  4. Notice the softness in between your unclenched teeth and muscles.
  5. Repeat.

Booked appointments only. I mostly onboard privately paying clients. You will receive a receipt after every session. Send the receipt to your insurance provider and check if they cover online therapy from professionals outside their database.
